Smoking & Events
- No smoking inside the house or leaving smoking debris on the property
- No parties or events - This is a residential property for registered guests only
Guest Count & Noise
- Registered guests only - The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
- Quiet hours - Please respect neighbors by keeping noise low after 10 PM
Property Care
- No pets - Unless previously approved by the host
- Treat it like home - Please report any damages or issues immediately
Check-Out
- Check-out time: 10:00 am - Late check-out may be available upon request
- Before you leave - Make sure to follow the checkout instructions and lock all doors
Safety
- Lock up - Please lock doors and windows when leaving
- No tampering - Do not adjust thermostats beyond reasonable settings or disable smoke detectors
